Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer transparent and straightforward shipping rates to ensure there are no surprises at checkout. Once your order has been processed, the estimated transit time for standard delivery is 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Order Tracking

Currently, Kenia’s Pet Shop only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
